Selborne Petersfield, Alton and the surrounding
villages make it the ideal location, including
fabulous backdrops for all those special photographs,
for a few days of preparation and relaxation
before and after a wedding.

Farm, participates in the Green
Tourism Business Scheme. It has an
environmental policy and is committed to providing
good quality service whilst minimising the environmental
impact.

Wildlife and Conservation- Part of the farm is designated a Site of Scientific Interest, comprising ancient woodland with specialist mosses and rare snails. It is a haven for wildlife where roe deer, badgers and foxes may be seen. A recent RSPB survey revealed over 50 species of birds including buzzards, nesting in the Hanger. |

| Business – all rooms have wireless internet access, satellite TV and a desk area. Conference facilities are available within the main farmhouse suitable for small business meetings. Fax, copying, secretarial and hospitality facilities can be arranged. |

Riders – a fabulous network of bridle ways surround the farm. Bring your own horse and stay for a few days. Stabling and an indoor school are available as well as parking for your horse box or trailer. Ride along quiet country lanes or woodland tracks or access the The South Downs National Trail at Queen Elizabeth Park and ride from Eastborne to Winchester.William Cobbett penned ‘Rural Rides’ after his journey made in November 1822 from Hambledon to Thursley via Hawkley, and past Scotland Farm. |

Wheelchair
Access -
All the accommodation is on the ground floor.
There are wide doorways, wheelchair access to
the guest sitting room and breakfast room and
a level access shower.
Scotland farm was recently the overall winner
in the East Hampshire Access to Service awards
2007.

Dogs welcome - Scotland Farm is a working farm with cattle, sheep, dogs and horses. Dogs are welcome, by arrangement, but must be kept under control at all times and are not permitted in the guest accommodation. Kennels are available. |
